Looking for shop for light upholstery, custom sewing and design business need around 500 sq feet to 800 sq feet for business do not need 220 wiring, all equipment including small compressor needs only 110. But do need shop insulated and well furnished with plug ins etc. Also need LIVE IN quarters upstairs same sq footage or less is ok, simple one bdrm, bath with shower only is ok and kitchenette ok. My needs are simple. Starting over and cannot afford two rents. Need this in Vernon area. Handy person, lady with her own tools to maintain a property with and the experience to do so, will maintain and respect your property. I do not waste, I recycle and like clean, organized and reusable and maintained. Previous landlady, bookkeeper, flipped houses and far from helpless. I am a non smoker, no pets, no drinking, no partying, single female senior (but very young strong healthy senior) who must keep working. Have a part-time job to survive with while rebuilding my business. Would heat with convector heaters of my own (110 plug in and new, son in law is a journeyman electrician recommended to me as extremely economical and efficient heat) so power would be at a minimum for heating shop and living quarters.
