Wanted 400 sq foot shop with living quarters above. Need immediately in Vernon Area. Have a home based business (custom sewing & design, light upholstery). Cannot afford two rents, starting over and need a break. Can only afford 850 month utilities included and I know that is a lot to ask, however, I am willing to negotiate on a bi monthly basis while getting business on it's feet happily so. Working part time elsewhere to pay bread and butter. Handy woman so can maintain and fix nearly anything that needs it ... your property will be in good hands. I could earn some of the rent with slave labour??? I am an experienced landlady so managing your property is no problem. Have most all my own tools to repair anything and know how to use them.
Clean, quiet, non smoking, non drinking, no drugs, no party hard and respectful.
I need about 400 sq feet for shop 110 wiring only needed, and insulated. with same or less upstairs. My needs are simple for living space but shop is vital to me.
Commercial/Residential zoned is ideal as I am a licensed business with Upholstery/Manufacturers licence.
I have my own heating (most economical electric heat there is) I do not waste, I recycle and maintain.
